In addition, insist that your clients bring a friend with them.  Do friends let friends slack off on their fitness goals? It is one of the most cost-effective ways to attract new clients, so encourage your current clients to tell their friends about your personal training services. Personal trainers may give their clients a discount if they bring a friend to their next free session.  You can still make money while gaining a new client by offering a free session in conjunction with a previously planned session (which your current client has already paid for).
